Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Accountant is responsible for financial strengthening of the restaurants. The accountant will work alongside the Accounting department and analyze payroll and accounts receivable trends to determine what is needed for profitability. Ideally the beginner accountant will have a Bachelors degree in accounting and 3-5 years experience.
* Prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department.
* Report to the accounting manager or CEO the finances of the organization.
* Establish records of accounts and input entries into to proper accounts.
* Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
* Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel.
