In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, payroll, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures. * Assist in the gathering information, research and preparation of proposals and presentations. * Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions * Ensure reports are stored on the appropriate drive * Maintain department spreadsheets * Prepare and send out letters and correspondence * Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with state and federal laws * Regular, on-time attendance Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications *
  • Experience supporting a department and team * Highly-organized with the ability to solve problems, organize systems, and establish procedures * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Including Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Detail oriented with excellent office skills including typing and proofreading * Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and follow through on assignments with little direction * Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player * Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and maintain calm work environment with managers and co-workers Who we areBridge Investment Group, LLC (BIG) pursues, through its subsidiaries, investment opportunities in targeted real estate sectors that offer attractive returns.
