Job Description

Legal Department Intern

We are looking for dynamic go-getter summer interns who can help us drive our business forward. This is real responsibility, real long-term projects, real experience -- and there's free CAVA, too!

The Core Values:

* POSITIVITY - We believe in the power of positivity. Every one of us has the ability to change someone's day for the better.
* TRANSPARENCY - We believe in open and respectful communication. We use transparency to help us make decisions and inform how we talk to each other.
* HUMILITY - We can always find ways to improve. The more we learn, the more we see how much we don't know and how much we need others to help us learn to grow.
* FANATACISM - We are passionate about our mission and turning every guest into a fanatic. We bring that energy to everything we do.
* THOUGHTFULNESS - To us, every detail matters. We go above and beyond for our guests, our teams, and our communities.

What You'll Do

* 1-2 special projects for which you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, and developing and communicating recommendations
* Examples of the specific work may include interviewing stakeholders, building financial models, as well as creating and delivering presentations
* Present results to senior leadership and implement recommendations in collaboration with cross functional team members
* Gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to CAVA. Interns receive frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues from across CAVA

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in law school or college
* Strong achievement credentials, and commitment to details, performance excellence and personal and professional growth
* Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
* Resourceful, thoughtful, transparent, passionate, empathetic, poised, high energy and maturity
* Genuine interest in business and find problem solving exhilarating
