Job Summary:

As a Software Engineer Intern on the software team, you can expect to work with
complex software applications on a variety of networked, embedded platforms. You
will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of software, from Linux
device drivers to system wide feature designs and implementations. Your
contributions will directly impact the user experience for hundreds of thousands
of airline passengers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design/code/test features for Zodiac's Inflight Entertainment system.

Work with software team to coordinate development of new software features
and resolve issues

Work with disciplines outside of software to ensure correctness and
completeness of development through reviews and formal testing.

Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or
mathematics preferred

Experience with objected oriented programming / design in C++ and/or Python

Experience with Embedded Linux preferred

Knowledge of GUI development; utilizing Qt/QML

Knowledge of boost libraries

Knowledge of Version Control (SVN or Git) preferred

Soft Skills:

Must be proactive, enthusiastic, innovative, and looking to be challenged

Ability to develop creative solutions and resolve problems

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
