Job Description

Seeking competitive, goal-oriented self-starters to grow and manage relationships within the builder and new home community marketplace.  As an Account Executive on the National Accounts Team, you will focus on a smaller book of business from the country’s largest home builders. These are the largest revenue generating accounts for our marketplace.

This position is a key revenue driver for Zillow Group, with the ultimate task of executing an aggressive sales strategy which is reflected by a similarly aggressive and generous compensation plan.

Daily duties include:

  • Serve as an expert on Zillow Group New Construction ad products
  • Sell and service the top new construction marketers in the country
  • Track and analyze key sales related activated including prospecting, revenue growth, sales, customer satisfaction  
  • Set up 5-10 appointments weekly with VP and Director level marketing executives
  • Ability to Navigate through complex organizational structures
  • Work with a designated account manager to provide high level of customer service
  • Recognize up-sell opportunities for current clients



Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years sales and account management experience, preferably selling online media programs
• Outstanding people skills, and strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing
• Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
• Ability to create targeted proposals customized to the specific needs of the client
• Contract negotiation experience
• Strong organizational and analytic skills
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
• Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet proficiency a must
• B.S. or B.A. degree
