Corporate Paralegal

Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP seeking Corporate Paralegal. Our full service law firm is located in beautiful downtown Goshen, Indiana, and has served the community and surrounding area for over sixty years. The Law Office is currently seeking a corporate paralegal to assist attorneys during all phases of the legal process.

This full-time paralegal position will work within our Corporate Practice Group assisting attorneys in all phases of the legal process; strong knowledge of document preparation, understanding of state and federal tax forms, business entity reports, and annual minute preparation, desired. Our firm is continuously growing through our professional endeavors and our charitable involvement with our community.

Successful candidates must be highly motivated, well organized, detail oriented, able to work unsupervised, and have excellent computer skills. Prior experience as a corporate paralegal is preferred but we will train a qualified candidate. A Paralegal Certification from an accredited program is desired, but a bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience would be considered.
