Salary: $3596 - $4127/month ( DOE) with Excellent Benefits

The Intensive Case Manager/Skills Trainer

This is a regular full-time position for a QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate) to provide clinic-based adult behavioral health services in McMinnville and/or Newberg office locations. Duties will include scheduling, treatment planning, case management, and care coordination for clients coming into our system of care. The person in this position will assist in quality assurance activities, engage in concurrent, collaborative documentation in EMR with clients, and perform other necessary administrative tasks and related work as required by program supervisor/manager.

 

The Benefits

Retirement - PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) contribution is 100% employer funded, which includes both contribution to PERS pension and IAP accounts (IAP contribution is 6% of salary).

Vacation/Sick Leave - Flexible Earned Time (FET) is a combination of vacation and sick leave. To start, you will earn 12.38 hours per month and future accruals increase based on years of service. A bachelor’s degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or a related field with at least one year of clinical work or bachelor’s level intern experience in a setting relevant to the duties and skills noted above are required in addition to certification as a QMHA, as noted above. The Candidate

The successful candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of techniques specifically related to community mental health services and the ability to: understand the behavior of people under stress, develop cooperative relationships with clients, their families, and the community, maintain relationships with physicians, law enforcement agencies, the courts, public and private administrators, and the community in general, interpret community mental health and chemical

dependency services, and prepare concise and complete clinical documentation. Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and will be dependable, organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a team environment and to interact with co-workers, clients, and the public in a courteous, professional manner.
