Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)


The Maintenance Manager will oversee all facility maintenance personnel and activities, including conveyor PM's, daily conveyor performance, technician scheduling, sanitation and housekeeping processes, PIT maintenance and vendor management, and coordination of all outside contractor work such as trash removal, and other related work assigned by management. This position will also work with the property manager on building upgrades, inspections, and general upkeep of the facility.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly maintained and in good, safe working order
  • Perform necessary maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all facility equipment
  • Collect machine maintenance records
  • Evaluate the performance of all maintenance technicians at least once a year
  • Train, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and recommend terminations of subordinates within established policy guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain a file of all facility equipment purchase orders, invoices, and financial commitments
  • Establish goals, policies, and standard operating procedures for the maintenance department

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma with business classes preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Formal maintenance education or certifications highly preferred
