Shift – 2nd (3:00 pm-11:00 pm)


The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining workflow by assisting managers and supervisors with coordination of warehouse duties such as inventory, creating packaging slips, reports, and picking customer orders. This position includes heavy data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS) and Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate workload allocation between warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers 
  • Prepare work orders
  • Troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Allocate and release orders sent for loading and unloading
  • Allocate and research inventory for orders
  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight
  • Maintain and generate required reports
  • Process, audit, and file various documentation
  • Provide customer service to incoming callers, customers, and carriers
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management
  • Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule when needed
