Essential Functions

  • Manage integration and implementation of Field Operations
  • Tier 1 level support for end users on Field Operations
  • Provides one-on-one and one-to-many user training on all Field Operations
  • Create documentation and training guides for end-users and internal support teams
  • Collaborate with internal training team on content in Field Support curriculum
  • Collaborate with internal QA team for testing system upgrades and enhancements
  • Supervises the work of multiple employees

  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources, develop, recommend and implement solutions
  • Compose thorough and detailed written technical documentation, procedures, and manuals, etc.
  • Utilize a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures
  • Demonstrate group presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills to effectively deal with individuals and groups within and outside the organization
  • Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects while allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame
  • Establish and maintain effective and collaborative work relationships both internally and externally
  • Expert level user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed
  • Demonstrates ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications
  • Familiarity with the most widely known emerging tools, technologies, and social applications
  • H.S Diploma
  • 1+ years of applied experience in hands-on Field Operation/Applications. Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
