We are looking for an intern to join our Regulatory department at our 1800 Larimer building in Denver, CO! The successful candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week during the summer and 30-40 hours per week during the school year. This will be a paid position.

 
Summary

Assist with the regulatory filing compliance, working closely with the Legal Department. Primary tasks include (but are not limited to) administrative duties, document review and summarization (abstract or brief), support the Team’s SharePoint sites both internal and external, research, assist with discovery coordination, submission of documents at the Public Utilities Commission (in downtown Denver), as well as record retention.

The intern is encouraged to find efficient ways to complete tasks in an organized manner. Intern will also back up other interns, as necessary.

Requirements

 

•Must be a current student pursuing a Business, Economics, or English degree.
•Experience with Mircrosoft Office applications is essential (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
•Attention to detail will also be critical for the successful candidate.
•Must be available 40hours per week during summer; 30-40 hours/ week during school year
•Current driver's license required.


Preferred

•An interest or coursework in pricing, accounting and economics is preferred
