Job Description

WWE is seeking a Freelance Digital Designer to join our ever-expanding Digital Media department. This detail-oriented candidate will create engaging designs for WWE.com, WWE Social, the WWE Network, WWE Mobile applications, and all other present and upcoming WWE digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-4 years of professional design experience, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of Digital and Social platforms along with UI Design and User Experience.

As a key member of the graphics team, s/he will work closely with Art Directors and Designers across multiple platforms to better reach our global fan base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Digital design production of daily graphics for all digital and social platforms and ensure the look and feel stays on brand
* Support Art Directors and Designers on the creation of graphics and design templates for daily and featured concepts
* Conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling imagery
* Competitive design and photography research for visual concepts
* Contribute in the creation of new concepts for designed graphics, templates, and infographics
* Collaborate with other departments such as Content, Social, International, and Live Events to create graphics for promotions
* Stay current on design and web trends, and share with other members in the team on best practices
* Work on occasional nights and weekends for live show coverages, on rotated basis

Qualifications:

* Portfolio link on resume
* 1-4 years of professional graphic design experience
* BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent
* Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; deliver on tight deadlines
* Demonstrates proficiency in typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and image manipulations
* High attention to detail and visual consistency
* Proficient with Adobe CC (Strong Photoshop skills is a must)
* Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Responsive web design a plus
* Experience with interactive or motion graphics a plus
* Knowledge of multiple platforms - web, video and mobile
* Knowledge of social networking tools
* Willing to work on occasional nights and weekends for live show coverages and deliveries
