Job Description

The West Virginia State Auditor's Office is seeking a candidate for the position of Audit Procurement Manager. This full time office position in the Charleston area shall oversee all aspects of audit procurement for local governments in the State. Responsibilities include coordinating with upper management in preparing procurement lists, reviewing contracts and supporting documentation, entering data in the information system, generating reports, addressing procurement and audit issues with government officials and CPA firms, performing billing functions, desktop review of audit reports, and other duties as necessary. While not required, a degree in accounting, governmental auditing experience, and computer and programming skills are key considerations for the position.

Salary to commensurate with education, accreditation and experience.
