WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff is seeking a 2017 Summer Traffic Engineering Intern II for our Lawrenceville, NJ office. The selected candidate will provide assistance in engineering and/or other technical areas in our Traffic Engineering Section.

Some duties include:

* Performing basic calculations
* Assisting in analyzing data
* Performing field traffic counts and data inventories
* Preparing traffic study reports
* Assisting with traffic simulation modeling
* Assisting with traffic safety analysis
* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in progress within an accredited college/university in Civil Engineering
* A current student in their 3rd or 4th year of study
* Prior Civil Engineering internship experience highly desirable
* Working knowledge of engineering design and practices
* Relevant computer software and program experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States immediately
