Job Description

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Sr. System Integrator for our Newark, NJ office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supporting PTC implemenation project
* Understands strengths and weaknesses of relevant technologies in the context or requirements
* Understands a range of alternative interdisciplinary concepts
* Able to assess the alternative solutions for feasibility, risk, cost, schedule, technology requirements human factors, etc.
* Able to define a process and appropriate techniques to be adopted for the interface management system elements
* Able to identify, define, control system element interfaces
* Able to describe the sources of complexity for the interface management of the system, eg. mutliple supplier, different domains, etc.
* Must have excellent communications skills

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum 13 years of railroad and/or transit industry systems engineering experience
* Proficiency with MS Office software, project scheduling software
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
* Bachelor's degree in engineering

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in PTC implementation
