WSP is currently initiating a search for a Mid-Level Bridge Engineer for our Wichita, Kansas office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform bridge related computations and analysis
* Support the preparation of design plans, cost estimates and special provisions
* Collect data, gather information, produce documents and reports
* Attend design meetings and coordinate with team members
* Develop memorandums and other written technical documents
* Assist more experienced engineers in broader engineering activities
* And other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
* 1 to 3 years'experience in bridge/structural design is preferred.
* Experience with the following software is preferred: Microstation, RC-Pier, MDX, Leap Software suites, FEM programs.
* Ability to work in this country immediately is required.
* Good technical writing, analytical and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or F.E. Certification
