WRI Property Management is the Property Management of RESICAP. RESICAP is the leading vertically integrated solution for institutional owners of single-family residential assets in the United States. Our services include asset acquisition/valuation, construction, and property management. We operate in 36 states and will be expanding to all 50 before the end of 2018. The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to the Property Managers, therefore, the candidate should possess the same professional qualities.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Property Manager Include:

* Works closely with the Property Manager to effectively manage activities such as leasing, resident retention, concessions, and customer service.
* Contacts delinquent residents or sends late notices and eviction notices; follows proper procedure if rent is not received within a specified period of time.
* May complete the Statements of Deposit Activity (SODAs) for vacated units in the software system.
* Assisting the Property Manager in rentals to ensure maximum occupancy levels at established rates.
* Assisting the Property Manager in all phases of paperwork and reporting procedures as assigned.
* Reporting any resident complaints, unusual occurrences or incidents to the Property Manager.
* Being thoroughly familiar with the local area and the community and what it has to offer prospective residents.
* Abide by company policy regarding fair housing.
* Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements for an Assistant Property Manager:

* Professional demeanor, able to communicate at all levels, and organized.
* Exceptional organizational and computer skills.
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
* Ability to work with limited supervision.
