Oracle Developer

 

Worthington Industries, Inc. seeks an Oracle Developer to work in Columbus, Ohio and to participate in requirements gather/clarification in conjunction with the Business Analysts and Product Owners. Specific duties include: (i) lead design discussions with various stakeholders to ensure functional/technical aspects of design are agreed upon; (ii) provide accurate estimates, develop code to standards with quality as a priority, demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, and adhere to Worthington Agile methodology and SDLC framework; (iii) test the application thoroughly before progressing to the next state in SDLC, and be accountable at delivering a quality product; and (iv) perform peer review and help share knowledge with other developers in the team.

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Information Systems plus five (5) years experience as an IT Analyst or in an application development, maintenance and support position.

 

Experience must include: (i) Oracle E-Business Suite R11.5.10 or R12 technology development; (ii) PL/SQL; (iii) forms; (iv) forms personalization; (v) workflow, (vi) PL Unit/TDD Framework, (vii) Java/JSP,  (viii) JavaScript, (ix) BI Publisher, (x) BPEL and R12, and (xi) analytical ability and problem solving.

 

Must have knowledge of end-to-end SDLC and technical/functional requirements for multiple Oracle application modules including Oracle financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and supply chain modules.
