DEPUTY DIRECTOR The WORTH Center Lima, Ohio The Western Ohio Regional Treatment & Habilitation Center, a 94-bed regional treatment facility located in northwest Ohio that provides comprehensive treatment for convicted felons with substance abuse issues, is seeking a Deputy Director. The candidate must have experience in the supervision of personnel in a correctional facility or parole/probation agency or equivalent education & experience. She/he must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, education or a related field, with a master's degree in the same areas highly desired. Certification in substance abuse and/or treatment, such as a CDCA, LCDC II or III, or LICDC, an LSW, LISW, or LPC is a definite plus. The WORTH Center offers a competitive salary with benefits that include membership in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System as well as comprehensive medical insurance, paid life insurance, vacation & sick leave. Must be a team-oriented individual with strong leadership skills who works well with others, has a proven track record of success, strong references and excellent work history.
