Overview

The Campus Recruiting Manager will develop and drive the campus recruiting strategy by designing, implementing and leading a world-class campus recruiting program to be implemented across the COO organization. This person will play a critical role in enhancing employment brand and positioning WFS as the employer-of-choice.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute key sourcing strategies to attract talent; organize, plan and attend campus recruiting activities at schools and in other venues targeting student talent
* Identify opportunities for leaders to engage in on-campus activities for the purposes of creating awareness of the WFS employment brand and engaging potential talent
* Primary liaison for career services / student clubs to company
* Manage the company's New College Graduates and Internship programs, assuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
* Manage the onboarding process for recent college graduates and interns, and plan regular activities to encourage consistent communication and increase employee engagement
* Work with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leadership to develop an accurate hiring forecast for both interns and new college graduates at the undergraduate and graduate levels
* Identify target schools and facilitate the building of relationships with key stakeholders on those campuses to ensure access to top student talent
* Serve as a subject matter expert to company leadership, Talent Acquisition and the HR Business Partners on matters related to college relations programs at both the regular full-time hire and intern levels
* Partner with hiring managers to discuss candidate qualifications and placement
* Full lifecycle recruitment from point of sourcing candidates to offer decision communications
* Interface with the Talent Acquisition team to process candidates and fill positions
* Ensure business needs are being met, and evaluate the ongoing efficiency and cost effectiveness of campus recruiting initiatives

Required Skills/experience

* Bachelors' Degree
* 6 years of work experience preferably in campus recruiting or university relations role
* Project management experience
* Experience managing large & small-scale events
* Understanding of colleges & university career placement offices
* Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel
* Strategic and forward-thinking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT

* Experience using WorkDay.

* Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% during peak season (Sept-Mar)
