WorkForce Software is looking for an enterprise-caliber sales executive to join our West Region team in the Southwest territory. The Enterprise Account Executive is a key contributor to our growth and is responsible for selling our EmpCenter applications at an enterprise level throughout the Southwest region.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced software sales professional to expand their career in a fast-paced, growing space.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Sales of EmpCenter®, our strategic HR solution, to large enterprise accounts in a defined geographic territory. The product portfolio includes: Time and Attendance, Staff Scheduling, Absence Management and Labor Analytics.
  • Target industries such as Financial Services, Education, Hospitality, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
  • Aggressive pipeline building through cold calling, networking, internet, etc. with an associated high close rate of opportunities created.  Must be tenacious with high energy and activity levels.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, to closing the sale.
  • Ability to coordinate and efficiently utilize a virtual sales team including; solution consultants, partners, proposal writers and inside sales representatives.
  • Extensive networking with industry partners, including ERP, HCM, and services related organizations.
  • Negotiate final terms and conditions for acquisition of our solution.

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise applications, focus on HR, IT, and Finance a plus.
  • Able to travel 30-40% within territory.
  • Experience selling workforce management or HR software systems and implementation services to employers with greater than 5,000 employees.
  • History of success evidenced by regularly exceeding sales quotas.
  • Extensive experience prospecting and developing leads through cold calling, networking, and the internet.
  • Excellent writing skills, including preparing detailed proposals.
  • Candidate must reside within the Northwest US region.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal skills: You must be able to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
