WorkForce Software is looking for experienced software architects to join our Integration Development Team.  An Integration Architect designs powerful integrations that allow our clients to connect EmpCenter® to business systems used throughout their organization.  WorkForce Software’s seamless integrations empower our clients to make informed decisions based on real-time labor data. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform architectural design work on the integration of WorkForce Software’s EmpCenter with customer applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
  • Create and utilize methods for gathering and estimating requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
  • Perform and direct the revision of existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams in the design and development of technical content defined in the Statement of Work.
  • Collaborate with and mentor Integration Engineers and Analysts to review code, ensure seamless integrations, and achieve improved team performance and delivery.

 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of programming experience utilizing any Java, JavaScript, C++ or other similar programming languages.
  • 3+ years of working with SQL and writing complex queries.
  • Software architecture and integration experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with database servers.
  • Experience capturing technical requirements from customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership in a dynamic, customer focused team.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
