Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Student Intern in our Dayton, OH office for the Summer Semester (May - August).

The Mechanical Engineering Student Intern will be primarily responsible for assisting engineering staff in day-to-day operations including sitting in on business meetings and assisting with drafting, sizing calculations, and load summaries, upon many other things.

Responsibilities:

* Working as part of the integrated Mechanical Engineering team
* Assisting with day-to-day operations including drafting, sizing calculations, and load summaries.

Requirements:

* Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, with at least sophomore status
* Must be studying Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Previous experience with and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks and Revit is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to function well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
* Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
