Job Description

Responsible for the customer experience by providing high touch support to Business Banking relationships managers. Provides credit analysis and underwriting and portfolio management support to Lenders with diverse commercial portfolios within Bank's market of Commercial clients.

* Assist the business banking team with the underwriting and documentation of loan requests.
* Perform economic and industry analysis, financial projections and risk assessments.
* Spread and interpret financial statements and conduct collateral analysis to minimize risk and maximize credit quality.
* Assist lenders with preparing loan presentations for approval.
* Review and maintain credit files to monitor and update information as needed.
* Actively monitor loan portfolio performance.
* Provide high quality customer service and service clients in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our company philosophy.
* Assist co-workers and senior bankers in cultivating new business relationships.
* Follow established bank policies and procedures.
* Assist senior management with various credit-related projects as they arise.

Education/Work Experience:

* Recent college graduate with a GPA of 3.5 or higher up to 5 yrs of underwriting experience
* Exposure to finance or banking industry, through work experience, relevant course work or internships
* Bachelor's degree required
* Effective business writing and professional communication skills


* Ability to work as a team to accomplish tasks required
