Job Description

Old Plank Trail Community Bank is recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee several branch locations. This senior management position will deliver superior financial results and best in class customer service by creating a proactive sales and service environment across multiple branches within the charter including Lynwood, Joliet, Markham, South Holland, and Shorewood.

Responsibilities include:

* Establish and enhance the bank's presence in the local community by participating in networking events and outbound calling efforts to expand and retain customer relationships
* Accountable for overall Retail sales growth related to deposits, households, electronic services, core checking accounts, DDA, Now accounts and referrals to partners/business lines
* Serve in a senior management capacity by creating and executing a strategy/business plan for each branch and the bank charter.
* Set goals for retail employees and participate in coaching sessions with employees to address performance expectations.

Qualifications:

* High School education required; college degree or related banking experience strongly preferred
* Previous managerial experience required
* 10 years of retail banking experience and 5 years in a customer contact/sales/business development position or equivalent preferred
* Strong managerial and leadership skills with a successful record of sales excellence
