Job Description

As the Health & Benefits (H&B) Non-NA Consultative Sales Lead, you will be responsible for growing the sales focus of local and regional H&B resources, as well as supporting/coaching in local/regional projects and pitches.

In collaboration with the H&B Non-NA Region Leaders, Growth Leader and Innovation & Service Development Leader, you will lead our efforts to develop a strategic sales culture at the regional and local levels. This will include:

* Articulating our expectations of local H&B consultants around the world, providing training, support and a consistent approach to drive measurable business growth
* Improving the coordination of local H&B, regional leaders and Global Services and Solutions (GSS) consulting teams as they serve these clients globally and locally
* Defining and demonstrating to these clients the value of working with both a single global provider and WTW as a local provider of H&B consulting services
* Enhancing the skills of local country consultants to deliver services in the context of a strategic global and local value proposition

The Role

Serve as the lead for non-US H&B operations from a consultative sales perspective:

* Own and drive the roll-out and use of the Strategy Navigator methodology at a global, regional and local H&B level, incorporating the full spectrum of H&B NNA tools and service development areas.
* Serve as a coach and mentor to lead H&B consultants around the world who:

o are expected to play a similar role with other organizations, or

o are leading local and regional relationships

* Help create a team of coaches who will advise local H&B leads on how to operate as part of a global team and drive measurable consultative sales growth using a strategic consulting approach
* Ensure that an account plan is developed for key organizations in target markets to expand our global and local relationships and manage the risks to our existing relationships
* Support local teams with complex sales
* Enhance the integration of GSS consultants with local H&B consultants prospecting in countries around the world
* Educate local H&B in countries outside North America about our global H&B value proposition and our value proposition as GBM partner
* Lead a select number of Multinational GBM clients as well as provide support to other GSS GBM sales leaders as needed
* Develop a sales learning curriculum as a mechanism to develop junior colleagues into strategic sellers over time

As a member of the Health & Benefits Non-NA Leadership Team, you will report directly to Cecil Hemingway, Global Co-Head of Health & Benefits, with a dotted line to Francis Coleman, Head of Health & Benefits, Global Services and Solutions.

The Requirements

* Deep knowledge in global Health and Benefits, as well as a proven track record for business growth and successful sales initiatives
* Track record of working with the headquarters of large, global companies and demonstrated ability to work across cultures
* Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share
* Experience in educating and managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
* Proven ability to develop customized strategic solutions to complex client problems, recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
* Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in global benefits approaches and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
* An executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
* Ability to influence executive level key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels
* Track record of being client-focused and a thought leader in the space, directly contributing to growth, and building new and innovative service offerings
* Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
* Flexibility with regard to global travel
* An undergraduate degree is required; advance degree preferred
* Experience living and working outside of native country is a plus, English language skills required, fluency in a second language is a plus
