Our organization is seeking a highly-motivated engineering student to be a part of our Summer Internship Program. You will develop problem-solving and technical skills through real-world experience in operations, engineering, construction, or project management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of safety requirements within the organization
• Identify problems and related information to evaluate options and develop solutions for recommendations
• Develop understanding and use of policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization or governing agencies
• Deliver presentations to individuals and groups
• Support the One Williams Mission, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
• Utilize mathematics to solve problems


Minimum Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree within an Engineering discipline
• Ability to relocate to one of our many office or asset locations within the United States
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Ability to demonstrate an intermediate-advanced level of utilizing Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and other computer applications
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership experience within a work, project, and/or campus environment
• At least one summer remaining prior to graduation
