About the Role

This critical Principal Product Manager role will be focused on driving the evolution of WSI's industry leading marketing data capabilities with a focus on CRM and Customer Loyalty. You'll be working on projects of diverse scope and complexity, related to areas such as our loyalty program, 360 degree view of the customer, customer master data management, data science and analytics and business intelligence. The right candidate will have a strong technical and analytical foundation, many years of relevant experience with data strategies and project execution and the ability to command a large group with stellar communication.

Desired Skills and Experience

We're excited about you because...

* You love working with other data geeks.
* You have 10+ years of Product Management experience (we're open to candidates with diverse experience but it is important that you are a hardcore product person).
* You have deep experience in leveraging data to improve customer experiences and drive business value (especially in data warehouse and big data environments).
* Ideally you have experience in multi-channel retail or e-commerce (not a must).
* You have stellar communication skills and an uncanny ability to lead and influence others.
* You have a point-of-view on how technology teams should engage to iteratively and efficiently deliver value for the customer (ideally with Agile methodologies).
* You care about the quality of your work and that is evident in all that you do.
* You have a Bachelor's degree or more in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience will be considered -- we care more about your work experience than what you did in college.
