- Create original woven designs based on seasonal concepts/trends.
- Weave original swatches.
- Develop original designs into product for window and upholstery categories.
- Create presentation boards.
- Present products and concepts to design and merchandising teams.
- Communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Identify ideas to be developed.
- Develop colorways.
- Fabric development.
- Gather market research .

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years product design experience.
- Experience in residential and contract upholstery a plus.
- Degree in Textile Design or equivalent experience.
- Design Skills, Creative and Inspirational thinker, Deadline driven.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Must be able to weave.
- Strong color sense
- Excellent communication skills
