* Operational ownership at the ECDC/JSB facility for the following functions: Weekend Operations
* Ownership of the inbound and outbound processes including: Planning outbound operations (DTC UPS/Furniture, Type 2 Allocations, etc.) by coordinating with the waving team, oversee flow of the workload including third party picking, floor operations, admin staff and sorter functions, managing staffing and supplies within budgetary guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with shipping timelines per the DC Scorecard each week.
* Tracking of inbound back orders, prioritizing inbound requests, and ensuring productivity and quality of putaway.
* Responsible for specific service metrics related to safety, service, quality, and cost.
* Manage productivity, accuracy, and efficiency of the weekend operations - metting all required metrics, and setting new standars as Mission, Vision, and Values in mind.


* 4-year Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
* Exposure to furniture distribution and/or big box distribution is a plus.
* Must have strong customer service skills. Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements.
* Strong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WMS systems.
* Must be able to learn multiple concepts quickly, and multitask on a regular basis.
