About the Team

The Pottery Barn product development team works cross-functionally with merchants, sourcing and vendors to drive each season's diverse product. We're a team of designers and facilitators that always look for ways to improve products and deliver the best quality and design to our customers. Join us!

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Build accurate and informative line list for the new season during rollout meetings; this document is shared among the divisions prior to PLM input
* Track ETD's of samples and Submits for the season on shared seasonal PO tracker, communicates to vendors through PLM when ETD's are late
* Responsible for Samples; receiving, reviewing and archiving all samples throughout life cycle
* In charge of organizing seasonal submits and art files
* Communicate daily with vendors through PLM to monitor the progress of new developments and current production.
* Assist in Product Development Meetings with Merchants Sourcing and Design to review status of new developments, inform them on the status of any late deliveries or quality issues
* Partner with Design Team to expedite approvals for on time PO placement
* Color check assigned products and communicates approvals and comments through PLM
* Assist with licensed programs, photographing TOP samples; updating licensed approval sites

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

* 2-3 years' experience with a retail or manufacturing company
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, especially in Excel skills
* PLM experience a plus (but not required)
* High attention to detail
* Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize
