JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Quality Assurance Principal Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duties: Analyze, plan and execute testing activities on highly complex applications, including end-to-end testing across multiple systems, transactional testing and regression. Provide project leadership to multiple QA project teams that involve onshore and offshore resources. Point of contact and QA lead on multiple cross-functional efforts and product critical meetings. Execute, review, and approve test results to ensure operation meets expectations and is free of defects. Lead project efforts with both onshore and offshore teams. Develop quality assurance plans by conducting risk analysis. Collect and analyze data for software processes, evaluations, and improvements, and integrate them into business processes to address business quality needs. Perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in the job offered or related role.

Skills: must include the following:

* Waterfall, agile and hybrid development methodologies
* API, UI test automation for systems integration and regression test cycle
* Testing of highly complex applications and systems
* Develop risk based analysis and test strategies
* Estimate and plan complex , large scale, and cross-system projects
* Estimate test strategy and plan complex, large scale, and cross-system projects
* Managing multiple test projects in remote offices and off-shore resources
