The candidate must be a flexible and creative self-starter who is able to work within an entrepreneurial environment and support multiple projects at once. A love for all things social and home décor-related would be an added bonus!

* Provide strategic input when creating and maintaining the brand's Social Editorial Calendar
* Analyze and report on social data to strategically inform ongoing social messaging
* Monitor and maintain a record of projects and team budgets

We're excited about you because...

* You have 1+ years of social media experience working on a national brand
* You possess exceptional writing skills and pay close attention to detail, grammar, and tone
* You're experienced with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Curalate, Hootsuite, etc.)
* You have a keen understanding of social analytics and experience creating data-driven reports
* You thrive while working cross-functionally with an array of diverse internal teams
* You possess strong time management skills and are able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* You're scrappy and eager to wear multiple hats when needed
* You're comfortable with Photoshop and the basic framework of HTML (preferred)
* You have a passion for all things social media (and passion for home décor is definitely a plus!)
* You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Why you will love working at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

* We're a successful, fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial vibe
* A technologically and data-driven business
* Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits

Technical Competencies required:

* 1+ years social media content development experience
* Experience scheduling and posting content via social management tools (Sprinklr, Curalate, or similar tools)
* Basic understanding of Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and HTML (preferred)
