JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:
In support of our evolving businesses, we are growing our Talent Acquisition Function and adding a (contract) Recruiter to our San Francisco Office. This Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, assessing, interviewing and influencing talent for all levels of positions across multiple functional areas, including: Sourcing, Inventory, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, and Finance.

Responsibilities:
* Develops recruitment strategy for each open position in partnership with leadership; clearly defines sourcing strategies and expectations.
* Develops candidate slates to present to Hiring Managers and works as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners throughout the full cycle recruiting process.
* Works closely with other HR departments to provide input to and participate in HR programs and initiatives, such as post-hire retention, relocation, and interview skills training.
* Partners with peer Recruiters to generate candidate flow

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
* 4-6 years corporate recruiting experience
* Retail recruiting experience a MUST

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Demonstrated ability to build sustaining customer relationships
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to identify and recruit talented individuals
* Proven ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
* Proven expertise in sourcing, name generation, and cold-calling
