eCommerce Merchandise Analyst -- West Elm

West Elm is looking for an E-Commerce Merchandising Analyst with a passion for all things product data, with an analytical edge. This individual will work with various teams across the organization to ensure the timely and accurate set up of product assortment data and digital assets. The Merchandising Analyst should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking on multiple projects at any given time. This is NOT a merchandising/buying role.

Essential Functions:
* Compile and input product data into e-commerce databases and closely collaborate with merchandising, inventory and production teams to execute seasonal e-commerce launches.
* QA product data, copy, imagery + swatches to ensure product information is accurate and complete.
* Support promotions and site initiatives by adding SKUS, creating new product pages and completing weekly maintenance of existing product assortment
* Support onsite search optimization initiatives, ensuring all SKUs are tagged to boost ranking and relevancy.
* Assist in troubleshooting any site issues related to product data, databases, front-end site experience.
* As needed, crop + organize photo assets in Photoshop.
* Support site management and merchandising teams with special projects, and new site initiatives (i.e. content management system updates, product page redesign launch, etc) as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years e-commerce experience required
* Expert proficiency in MS Excel
* Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
* Keen attention to detail
* Excellent verbal + written communication skills
* Ability to anticipate and analyze problems, make timely decisions, and provide creative solutions.
* Energetic self-starter and team player with "can do" attitude
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)
* Photoshop and basic photo editing preferred
