This position is responsible for assisting with visual communications directed to the field. You will partner with our team and cross functional teams to create the overall vision and feel for retail while supporting the production of all communications, participating in visual floorsets, mock store set-ups and special projects.


* Assist with the execution of the seasonal visual books and mid-season memos; including writing copy, working with graphics, layout, photos.
* Assist in the coordination and overseeing of photography for the visual floorset.
* Support the Communications Manager with weekly visual memos.
* Assist with production of visual training materials.
* Maintain archive of visual books, seasonal photos, weekly visual memos.
* Travel to stores to assist with seasonal floorsets and special visual projects.
* Assist with styling during mock store set-ups.
* Assist with the set-up of special events.
* Contribute to the sharing of inspiration and idea generation.
* Partner with all functions of the visual merchandising department to support a cohesive visual strategy.
* Maintain and organize assets in the production database.



* 2-4 years experience in retail visual merchandising
* Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, tight turnarounds and technical challenges effectively
* Ability to work individually and as a team
* Ability to be mobile when setting up store floorsets for extended periods of time
* Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75lbs, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
