About the Role

Our Risk Management team is looking for an Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in San Francisco. This role partners with HR and business leaders to process and manage Workers Compensation and general liability claims.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Gather information for General Liability claims, such as product information and vendor contracts
* Provide information to HR on Workers Compensation claims
* Work with Williams-Sonoma, Inc associates to gather Workers Comp information on lost time injuries
* Maintain evidence log and coordinate shipment of evidence for General Liability claims
* Assist with preparation of loss runs and reports
* Maintain location schedules for Property, Workers Compensation, and General Liability programs, and notify insurers and adjusters of changes
* Coordinate WC and GL claim reporting and compliance postings for all locations
* Maintain contact and distribution lists
* File incoming third party certificates and maintain certificate archive system
* Assistance with regulatory Workers Comp and OSHA reporting

We're excited about you because you have...

* At least 3 years of Workers Compensation or General Liability claims adjusting or similar Broker experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Project Management experience
* Attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and self-prioritize work
