JOB DESCRIPTION

Invoice and collect Construction Allowance and Recovery monies from landlords. Provide periodic reports to business partners on collection status. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Maintain database to track approved real estate deals and their requirements for collecting Construction Allowances and Recoveries from landlords.
* Assemble required documentation from respective parties to support WSGCs invoice to the landlord for payment
* Invoice landlords in accordance with our lease, including required documentation to support payment.
* Identify landlord issues (e.g. Property Liens, Contractor waivers) on a timely basis which hinder timely payment.
* Work with Lease Administration team to resolve landlord issues.
* Code checks received from landlords for deposit and deliver to WSGC Treasury group
* Issue accurate and timely reports reflecting the status of collection efforts
* Develop cash flow forecasts when requested by Treasury team.
* Identify and present process improvement opportunities which may speed payment by landlords
* Maintain positive relationships with key external business partners including Landlords, General Contractors and Architects.
* Provide Repair and Maintenance monthly analysis and reporting.
* Generate monthly project spend reports for Project Managers (PM) and resolve cost issues raised by the PM.
* Complete ad hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Finance, economics, accounting degree or Real Estate related work experience.
* Experience in lease and store construction terminology (preferred but not required).
* Demonstrated organization skills. Must be adept at managing multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in PC s, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and word-processing applications, preferably Windows/Microsoft.
