The Project Manager, Contract + Hospitality is an integral addition to West Elm's fast-growing Contract + Hospitality Business. This position will work cross functionally with the internal West Elm Sourcing and Design Teams, the Williams -- Sonoma Inc. Business Sales Team, and our Hospitality clients. They will play a leading role in open project follow up and have ownership of managing our larger custom projects from quoting to installation. This role offers an opportunity to gain first hand experience in the full sales cycle and become a key component to closing the sale and creating additional market share for West Elm in this highly visible industry.

Essential Functions:
* Partner with the WSI Business Sales Team to follow up on all large open quotes and opportunities
* Communicate with the client to understand the full need of the project (pricing, product requirements, lead time etc) to ensure West Elm is quoting a competitive solution
* Manage custom projects from quoting to completion
* Work with product design and sourcing to find West Elm solutions to large scale projects
* Lead Generation -- industry research and lead passing to WSI Sales Team
* Account management as needed for strategic projects


* Bachelor's Degree
* 3 - 5 years experience in project management and/or sales operations preferred
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
* Able to partner with a wide range of personalities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in design and the hospitality industry preferred
