Job Summary:

* Oversee and manage the Visual Merchandising Signage team including 2 direct reports
* Provide team with ongoing and timely performance feedback, six month progress updates and yearly performance appraisals/goals
* Hire and train new employees as needed
* Delegate projects as appropriate to team members
* Hold informational meetings with signage team to ensure that all issues/deadlines are addressed in a timely manner
* Oversee communication and manage traffic between signage team and merchant/inventory teams
* Oversee all signage projects and production from our end through to the vendor and out to the stores; ensure all collateral reaches stores per deadlines

* Oversee the production of all feature, markdown, promotional, and price change signage.
* Oversee the production of all perimeter signage as needed for stores.
* Oversee the production of in store collateral and work with outside vendors in determining individual store needs.
* Create new store signage as needed based on signage standards.
* Oversee the proofing process with the merchant and content teams.
* Manage the relationship with all signage vendors
* Oversee the maintenance of the signage filing systems
* Manage the signage distro for all retail stores
* Manage the approval process for all retail signs
* Provide team with workflow planning/production timelines

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 2-3 years producing printed materials
* Time management skills in an extremely fast-paced, high volume environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Extremely proficient on Mac OSX including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
* Outstanding attention to detail is a must.
