POSITION SUMMARY:

These matrixed positions will be strategically located in Atlanta and City of Industry (LA Area). They will have a straight line reporting relationship to the aforementioned Director, Talent Management and Learning & Organizational Effectiveness and a dotted line to the hosting Regional HR Directors to represent their regional customer service and business partner responsibilities. These recruiting specialists will manage the full cycle exempt recruiting process to meet the various hiring goals of their respective geographic regions in support of their hosting HR Directors. They will help develop, facilitate and implement best practices in talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness. They will closely partner with their regional HR Directors, Operations Leadership and various hiring managers to update job descriptions, post jobs, and effectively fill open positions and ensure that all FLSA guidelines, headcount budgets, compensation administration goals and company policies are fully complied with.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 2 years experience as a Human Resources Assistant; experience in Staffing preferred

*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any academic related field
* Strong knowledge of computers, Outlook, Word and Excel experience required; knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
* Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
* Ability to prioritize in a deadline oriented environment
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated strong initiative
* Strong problem solving skills
* Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgment under pressure
* Commitment to excellent customer service
