Position Summary

Manage the entire production process of the catalog to ensure image and quality production standards are maintained and deadlines are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Brand Development: Work with SVP and Director to implement and maintain brand identity; work directly with cross channel business partners to build a cohesive look between M.O. and Retail
* Management: Oversee the Creative Services Production Team; plan team development for continued growth
* Production: Create the production schedules; investigate new production procedures; manage the design process
* Responsible for managing the color and printing workflows
* Budget: Create and maintain budget; maintain relationships with vendors; handle contract negotiations and annual budget review process.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

*

* Bachelors degree in Fine Arts or equivalent
* Three or more years independently managing production for printed materials (production, design, color and printing)
* Minimum of 3 years management experience of both internal and freelance staff
* Proven success in creating budgets and managing the budget process
* Project management experience in a high paced, high volume environment
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once in a deadline driven environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
