Receive shipments and accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom and remote locations. Ensure that merchandise is readily available, properly ticketed and easily located, enabling associates to provide excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Follow all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
* Complete tasks listed on daily agenda (i.e. maintenance of store, lighting, cleaning.).
* Utilize store systems to manage inventory.
* Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels, damages and inventory reconciliation.
* Maintain a high level of standards and appearance in the stockroom and at the shipper/receiver desk.
* Ensure that the stockroom is clean, swept, with garbage removed and supplies organized.
* Ensure that merchandise is stored safely, properly ticketed and easily located for replenishment to the sales floor.
* Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
* Ensure that outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged, following all policies and procedures.
* Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Maintain stockroom by department and categories.
* May be required to assist with sales during peak times and as assigned.
* Attend monthly store meetings.
* Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.


* Stockroom and customer service experience, 1-2 years (or related work.).
* Strong planning and time-management skills required, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week, including Saturday and Sunday, bi-annual inventories and entire holiday season (November and December).
* Compliance with company dress code.
* Valid driver?s license (where applicable.).
* Ability to lift and carry medium-to-large items, weighing up to 75 pounds, utilizing appropriate equipment.
* Ability to operate and read scanning equipment for extended periods of time.
