JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Create and manage seasonal merchandise in corresponding databases, coordinate and facilitate processes and flow of information internally and externally and provide support to several cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Compile and input data to maintain seasonal product information databases and for ecommerce launches
* Work closely with creative team to assist in ensuring functional work flows
* Work closely with merchandising and site management teams to ensure correct site layout and cross-site consistency
* Interface with inventory management and merchandising teams to ensure site data integrity and correct product set-up
* Interface with cross-functional partners for timely database uploads, site deployments, and reporting of issues
* Manage UAT/testing timelines and communicate expectations
* Coordinate and participate in weekly site testing in order to ensure correct data integrity
* Adhere to the online shop production schedule/ process for site launches, maintaining the accuracy and smooth execution
* Test functionality to ensure that applications, features, images, etc. are technically performing as designed.
* Document pre-launch and post launch issues, working through a resolution.
* Support promotions and site initiatives through weekly maintenance of existing product assortment (i.e. creating product pages, adding SKUs to product pages, etc)
* Coordinate the archiving of Website seasonal features, functionality, and products
* Support reporting needs (weekly, monthly, seasonally)
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous eCommerce experience - merchandising experience STRONGLY preferred -- 1-2 years experience
* Strong computer skills -- advanced excel skills a MUST
* Well-organized, detail --oriented
* Able to make timely decisions anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
* Must be able to communicate clearly and often to many partners over several teams regarding timeliness of product launches, including any delays
* Action-oriented and full of energy for challenges.
* Able to deal ambiguity and a changing environment.
