Position Summary

Responsible for successful execution of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Rewards, Recognition, and Wellness Programs, which contribute toward fulfilling the Company's Talent Strategy.

Specific Responsibilities

* Build and support processes that are simple, sustainable, controllable and easy to maintain.
* Plan and coordinate all facets of Company Recognition and Wellness events throughout the year.
* Administer existing Reward programs.
* Assess recognition and Wellness programs against external benchmarks and best practices.
* Explore areas for improvement across all programs, introduce ideas for new programs and ways to enhance existing ones.
* Develop presentations and Wellness communication materials that will be distributed to all levels of the organization.
* Create event and communication calendars, and hold teams accountable to reaching milestones.
* Identify indicators and metrics of successful outcomes to quantify positive ROI for each program.
* Manage event budgets and purchases appropriately.
* Partner with human resources business partners.
* Assist benefits department as necessary.


* Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience
* BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to handle complex and confidential issues that require resolution.
* Knowledge of regulatory framework as applicable.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
