The Facilities team is responsible for effectively managing the flow of inventory throughout the lifecycle of all samples for West Elm for use by our design teams to approve, merchandise and for our web/catalog photo teams. Provide support to business partners, and continually push to improve upon processes and evolve as our business grows.

The Product Logistics Coordinator impacts the organization by facilitating all physical product movement and virtual inventory tracking throughout the lifecycle of our samples. This role is integral to driving the efficiency of the design sample and photo shoot process. This role will also be key in analyzing sample tracking issues and making improvements to processes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all product movement from receipt to end of life purge
* Ensure all data entry and inventory tracking in warehouse management system
* Assist team in identifying and stopping product errors such as mislabels, damages, or missing product

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, auction house, moving/storage or furniture installations
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment
* Strong Multi-tasking skills a must
* Prior experience with process improvement a plus
