Position Summary

Oversee the Williams-Sonoma Home product presentation in the retail stores and ensure they maximize business growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Oversee roll out of all visual presentation materials
* Oversee the creative execution of all WSH floorsets and concept meetings
* Lead planning, staffing and payroll for all WSH floorsets
* Participate in all WSH field visual conference calls
* Manage the WSH retail visual calendar
* Ensure new store floorplans reflect 3 year strategy and key initiatives
* Partner with merchant team to ensure all product is placed and has best selling opportunity
* Implement and maintain visual standards binder updates
* Ensure bay area stores are following plans per corporate direction
* Maintain seasonal floorplans one year out
* Communicate weekly merchandising updates to field management and retail stores

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Three (3) to five (5) years retail visual merchandising experience
* One (1) to three (3) years Associate supervision and performance evaluation experience in a corporate environment.

* Undergraduate degree from in related field
* Proficient with Illustrator, Quark, InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
