Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Manager, Consumer Insights opening to join our Insights organization.

 

Functional Overview:

 

Thought Leadership:

 

  • Quickly gain an understanding of Corporate, Category, Brand & functional Objectives. Through strong thought leadership, translate those business objectives into research strategies

  • Help create and fully execute research learning plans/priorities and scope the most appropriate methodologies and techniques with a singular focus of delivering high quality findings-on time and within budget Relationship Management & Collaboration

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Decision Science, Economics, Marketing Research, Behavioral Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field)

  • At least 6 years of market research/consumer insights experience 

  • Knowledge of standard primary research tools and syndicated data coupled with the ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations in situations where there is either too much or not enough data

  • Competency in principles of study design and experience with a broad range of consumer oriented research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative

  • Mastery of basic statistics (confidence level, p-value, power, statistical significance, regression)

  • Strong communication skills (visual, verbal and written) to create and deliver compelling presentations of insights

  • A team player with team building, consultative and influencing skill

  • Results-oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivated with the ability to react in a fast and responsive manner, balancing the demands of quality output with time pressures

 

Preferred Requirement

 

  • Advanced Degree: (Marketing, Business Administration, Decision Science, Economics, Marketing Research, Behavioral Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field)

  • Experience with CPG/Durable Goods

  • Ability to assess current situations, draw conclusions and envision future business opportunities

  • Creative, agile change agent that possess a thirst for learning and connecting the dots
