Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for NAR Sales Support Representative.


The NAR Sales Support role is directly responsible for the day to day support of the US Field Selling Organization.  This position includes providing general administrative support as well as executing key sales processes, such as Quotes, Sales Agreements, Automated Workflows and Meet Comp Pricing and Trailing Credits.


 What You Will Do:


  • Manage automated workflow of Meet Comp templates from Region Sales Directors
  • Serve as the Meet Comp Subject Matter Expert ensuring documentation is complete and correct and in compliance with Corporate guidelines and policy,
  • Enter Meet Comp pricing and trailing credits into SAP system (Vistex Tool)
  • Manage trade customer signatures on competitive documentation for approved Meet Comps with the sales managers.
  • Continuously monitor Meet Comp log and follow up to achieve 100% attainment for signatures on file for competitive offers.
  • Track Volume Rebate and Trailing Rebate Meet Comps and adjust as needed- twice monthly for retail- on monthly call for Key accounts and weekly for contract
  • Work closely with each Regional Sales Director to ensure meet comp accuracy and that accruals and mc’s are in line with division budgets.
  • Submit requests for customer master changes for Market Manage changes or buy group correction requests.
  • Create and maintain Builder Quotes in the SAP Quote Tool.
  • Quarterly cadence review of expiring quotes.
  • Develop and distribute quote renewal reports.
  • Monitor and make Sales Group or hierarchy correction requests as needed.
  • Submit requests for new Market Manager numbers or account changes.
  • Provide sales support, including email correspondence, mail distribution, customer files, phone support, printer, copier maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Submit price requests/ claims in Lotus Notes as needed.
  • Follow all SOX controls and processes for 100% compliance.
  • Train Market Managers on Meet Comps, Workflows, Google and Quote processes and systems
  • Verify signed Meet Comp and competitive offers are on file before processing Meet Comp Claims.
  • Maintain and update directory for each division and distribute as required
  • Maintain budgets and spending reports for each division supported.



What You Need To Succeed


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Previous experience working within a sales service organization strongly desired
  • High energy and desire to provide world-class customer service levels
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Familiarity with Whirlpool data systems; Google, BEX/BW and other relational/retrieval databases.
  • Working knowledge of SAP functionality
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Order-To-Cash processes is desirable
  • Self sufficient in interpreting policy and guidelines, and making decisions appropriately
  • Excellent written communication skills, able to manage and communicate effectively and confidently across functional boundaries
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
