WEX is seeking a self-driven, motivated professional to join their HR Team to support our leaders and employees. This individual contributor operational role can be based in either Portland, Maine or Ogden, Utah. The HR Program Manager role will be: responsible for managing HR programs for assigned client group(s) including the annual performance process, employee engagement, the intern program, amongst others; a Workday champion, focusing on how best to utilize its capabilities for ; a liaison to the HR COEs to design and deliver best in class analysis and processes for our customers; a talent analytics gatherer and storyteller; and the point of contact for HR process support.

Performance Objectives:

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to:

* Align operationally with assigned client group(s) and proactively provide operational talent support to our leaders and employees
* Embedded within assigned client group(s), provide HR program and process solutions in partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence (recruiting, compensation, talent, benefits)
* Be the voice of our internal customers in HR program design
* Gather and translate talent and business analytics to inform the design of actionable people solutions for assigned client group(s)
* Be a Workday Champion and identify how to maximize its capabilities for assigned client group(s)
* Support audits, HR process support, legal requests and data gathering needs as required
* May also provide back up employee relations support as needed


* Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience and prefer at least 5 years of proven success in a medium to large corporate setting, with a national presence.

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Demonstrated attention to quality and strategic orientation to work.

* Understanding of Google Suite, Excel, HRIS systems (Workday ideal).

* Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication, partnering, collaboration and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated flexibility, grace under pressure, and respect for the highly confidential nature of the work.
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and effectively to meet frequently changing business-driven timelines.
* Excellent project management, program management and analytical skills.
* Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Must be available to travel 5-10%.
* Must successfully pass a background investigation.
